I had my windshield replaced in March 2019. It STILL whistles in NOVEMBER!! They had adhesive everywhere on my silver FJ. They even left it unleveled. The seals looked awful after completion. After I complained, I had to send pictures as proof before they had to send the SAME tech out twice to make it look decent. Their salesman, Matt has contacted me twice since then, asking if I’m doing ok. And each time I’ve told him my car still whistles,m, every time I’m on the freeway. Ran into some issues with getting my windshield replaced because my car was so new. A part from Toyota wasn’t ordered and needed to be, the owner and other employees went above and beyond to get my windshield fixed up so we could leave for our family vacation the following morning. Ultimately I received excellent customer service.
Received a quote for $xxx cash back, upon completing the job was not provided promised amount. Not happy camper, lost me for life... 😩

I drive 30k plus miles a year for work so needless to say I have gone thru alot of windshields and glass companies. 2 U is hands down the best. Fast, friendly and knowledgeable every time. They deal with my insurance company so I don't have to. Keep up the great work.
