I got a stain on a new hoodie from this company the first time I wore it. The hoodie is awesome so I was mad at myself for doing this. I dreaded reaching out to them about buying a new one because getting a response from a lot of these screen printing companies is like pulling teeth. It's like they don't want to make money. Terrible. Ordering was a pain. The store closed one day before it said on the website. What we ordered and what is pictured on the receipt is not the product we received. They won’t do anything about it but allow us to purchase again. I will never buy anything from them. Completely ripped us off.
I ordered a shirt per this companies provided order form. Upon receiving the shirt it was the incorrect product even though a small image of the shirt I ordered was provided on the receipt. 2Tee did not own up to their mistake and still charged me to correct the order.
