I called twice over a two week period. Neither time was the phone answered. I left two voicemails asking for my call to be returned. I have not been called and it has been three months. This is not the type of person I would entrust to manage my property and I would recommend everyone to look for someone more accessible and responsive.

Nicole at 2 Rivers Properties is the absolute best! She offers great management at a reasonable price. She is professional, knowledgeable, conscientious and reliable. Who could ask for more? We have worked with her for years and this review is long overdue.

I have had 2 Rivers Properties manage my duplex for 18 months and they have done an excellent job. I have been out of town and extremely busy most of the time. 2 Rivers Properties basically did all the work for me. I am purchasing another duplex this month and plan to have them take care of that place as well. I am very grateful of the work they have done.

2 Rivers Property Management is the best management company in the Sacramento area. They helped me to rent out my rental property and the whole process was fairly quick and easy thanks to Nicole. She is the owner and is super professional and knows the industry very well. The new tenant has been happy with 2 Rivers Properties as well. I am so happy that I found this company...
