This is the first time I ever felt worse emotionally after a massage. I was berated repeatedly for not being able to fully relax my neck and shoulders even though I was trying. I spent the last 30 minutes crying on and off because of the frustration Marsha caused me. Worst massage ever. I do not recommend! I basically shut down afterwards and am still emotionally raw.
