I decided to try this barbershop since my usual barber in Rye was out of town, but the experience was disappointing. When I arrived, only two other people were waiting. After patiently waiting for over 30 minutes, expecting my turn, I was ignored as the barbers prioritized their friends who had just walked in. It felt completely unprofessional and unwelcoming to new customers.
