Good and bad I like living here met so many new people but besides that there are a lot of. Shootouts and I don’t recommend living here for your whole life but overall it’s a good place wish it were better
Needs a maintenance staff ASAP No maintenance staff available to fix anything been waiting almost 2 months for maintenance to fix things in my apartment... just horrible
Been in a cold apartment for days after calling multiple times a day about the issue. I have yet to have my heating fixed. Using my stove and oven to even be able to stay in my apartment.
No safety anything could happened in 2 oaks cars getting broken in or damage also crack heads or teenagers breaking in your cars the staffs don’t care until someone get killed or hurt crack heads every where in complex kids be fighting been back here 1 year and dont have peace moving any day now my windows bust out and these teenagers walk the apartments everyday with guns threatening people no safety and staff don’t care
Don’t move back here it’s the (projects) not safe It’s not safe in 2oaks apartments the staffs don’t care about your safety or kids attend to the problems that’s making the community damage. Your cars or apartment and you not safe woman and men also kids being robbed getting off the RTA at night.. also cars stolen daily or damage apartment also burglarized crack heads everywhere and tenants stealing crack or weed out of there apartments
Do not waste your time Staff was not nice they left out pertinent information during my application process and took my money when they did not have apartments available. Waste of time. Always seemed bothered when I called for information.
Don't move here... Staff is incompetent. There's trash everywhere, nowhere to park and the worst of it all is that they only allow one particular cable/internet provider to service their units, which is ridiculous. It's worse that they don't disclose this information before you sign your lease. I have been in my unit two months now, and still don't have a key to my mailbox.
