Made appointment. Only one other person there. Started late. Clean facility . Nice owner. Requested dip. Got gel. Technician insisted. I thought it was a language barrier,, but finally got dip, as I explained gel does not stay on my nails. When brought bottle, I said “ is that dip?” She said “gel be better just like dip” and “last four weeks”. I did not want to cause a scene, and thought she might know something I didn’t. I was excited to try this nail salon today and arrived well before closing, but my experience was very disappointing. When I walked in, the staff member looked at me strangely and, without any explanation, told me they couldn’t help me because they “didn’t have time.” He didn’t offer to schedule an appointment or suggest coming back another day — he just turned me away. I love my nail place. Phillip, Rose and Quinn are all delightful. Do excellent work! Very much recommended Rose Nail and Spa!
Recommend giving this salon a try! They value customers and do great work. They have great massage chairs and the interior is very pretty and clean! Edit: my feet have never felt so good! Thanks for working on my heels 🥰
