I was so incredibly impressed with the Shelly, Nikki Ashley D and Tonya J. I am going through chemo and they come the day of so I can have a UBER clean house when I get home. I have never seen my bathtub so clean before. They were so considerate of our stuff and I will be recommending this service to all my friends and family! Thanks so much!!!!!
I used them for approx. 3 years and during that time they did a pretty good job, however, when things started to deteriorate Kim (owner) didn't really do much. The last session I had with her we agreed that I had a lot of house to clean and I gave them more money per week to do a better job.,..,never happened. Last week I sent an email and left sheets out for making beds, didn't touch them and forgot trash. Every week was something else, they all just lost interest. I LOVE having 2 Moms & A Mop clean my house. I wish they could come EVERY week! The staff is very professional and they regularly check in to make sure everything has been done to my satisfaction. They are always on time, and when they come in, know just what to do. The best part is the personalized service and attention to details. If there is something specific you want done, or done a certain way, they listen and remember every time! I would highly recommend 2 Moms & A Mop to any of my friends!
