They put houses on the market with severe defects. The house we recently purchased had a broken line to the well and we find our basement flooded. After hiring a plumber, we were informed this wasn't something that had just happened, but was going on for quite sometime. There were others issues, but drilling a new well is going to cost us approximately $14,000.
Dave was ready and willing to answer any and all of the questions we had before coming to town. Once in town he went out of his way to show us the homes we wanted to see. We would definitely use Dave and Kim again for our real estate needs.
I have repeatedly requested they remove me from their spam email list and all they do is make excuses for why it is not done. If they can't do something as simple as that, do you really want to trust them with selling your house or finding your dream home. Glad I didn't.
