Super nice guy was on time and friendly. 4yr old fridge wasn't cooling. I was told it needed $1500-$1600 repair and should just replace the refrigerator (was 3k new). I decided to get a second opinion and was repaired for a $46.00 evaporater fan which had siezed and wasn't spinning. The other companies tech diagnosed it in 5 min and said it was a very obvious easy fix and any service tech should have easily known the issue they were blown away that I had paid an $80.00 service fee and was quoted 1500-1600 Agian very nice guy... read more

Called 2 times on Sunday, and left messages- No one ever returned my calls. Granted it was New Years Eve, but if your not going to work on holidays, change your voicemail and don't advertise something your not capable of or willing to do. A simple call back would have sufficed.
5 out of 5!! I called Delayne at 9 am on a Sunday morning to replace a garbage disposal and job was complete by 11am. He was quick, courteous and efficient. The price was better than any other quoted. I would definitely recommend 2 hour appliance to clients in need of a repair or replacement. Thanks again!!!
Delayne Hiott is great! Our landlord called 2 Hour Appliance this morning and within 15 minutes he was at our home. He analyzed our refrigerator problem within minutes called his shop to make sure he had the replacement part (which he did), retrieve the part and our refrigerator was fixed. The whole process was completed way before a 2 hour timeframe.
