I had a similarly bad experience. Two Guys had my computer for nearly two months and I ended up calling them once a week until it was ready. Because they never called when they said they would. I finally got it back, then had to take it in again a month later when my comp broke down again. I took it somewhere else. Im not sure they did anything but look through my personal files and then hand it back.

Have had my computer for almost a month. I call and they said they are working on it and will call back. No call. I went in yesterday and they said they thought they had given it back. Would check on it and call me by closing. No call. Now I have to go back. Not sure what they are pulling.

We were traveling cross country when our laptop quit working. I chose from the many computer services in Grants Pass, Two Guys, because I liked the name.They looked at the computer right away and thought it would be a reletively quick fix, a couple hours at \$45 an hour.It turns out it took quite a few hours and they could not repair it. They only charged \$45 and gave me a disc with my hard drive files on it. They could have taken advantage of us and our situation. Their service was fair and honorable.
