There was damage done to my lawn after it was mowed. I called and left a message.After a week I finally got an email asking for pictures. I sent the pictures as requested. After a week I did not get a response from them. I called and as usual no one ever picks up the phone.I left them a message and still no response. This company is not that big and there is no excuse that they have not called me back. I am in customer service and there is no excuse why they cannot contact me in the ammount of time that I allowed them. Just ... read more

This company has fallen apart during the COVID-19 pandemic. They used to contract out the work but have been unable to do so during the pandemic. Don't bother with them now as they don't even communicate with you. Go direct with local services.

The work on my yard was inferior first visit. They promised they would do better next visit. The next visit was worse. They did not touch small side of yard next to garage and driveway. When I brought this to their attention and asked that they return and do it, they said they would do it the third visit. I told them that was unacceptable and they were not concerned. So I cancelled. Very bad experience.
