The ladies at this shop are AMAZING!!! They not only know what they’re doing they are the sweetest and most caring women I have ever met in Nebraska!!! Ann and Jax are the most knowledgeable and thorough knife people and if you need a knife or anything sharpened look no further than 2 Gals and a Shop!!!
Had several larger knives and a couple of pocket/Swiss Army knives that needed sharpening. Stopped in and the work was done on the knives while I waited, which was not long. The one gal who does the knife work even took out a chip in one of the blade's edge and left a nice straight, and very sharp, edge. Stopped into 2 Gals and a Shop in Bellevue just to get a few knives sharpened and ended up staying over an hour just talking with the owners.
