Great Staff and location!
This has been one of my favorite places to live. Ever. And I've rented at a lot of places. The proximity to so many fun things, The Fox Theatre, dining options, etc can not be beat! The support folks in leasing are some of the most responsive and intentional. As others have said, if you can afford to live here it's fantastic!

I moved to Tucson last July and this is the best option for housing downtown. The apartments are perfectly located to all of the downtown hotspots and the team does an amazing job of keeping the apartment in perfect condition. Maintenance requests are answered very rapidly and Crystal/Victoria respond to any inquiries quickly. Highly recommend to anybody that is moving to the Tucson area.
5/5 The staff is great and the complex is beautiful.
