genuinely do not come here if you are a woman, they do not know how to cut hair at all for women. the layers are not layers, they didn't listen to what i asked for in length (cut maybe 8 inches off when i asked for 4-5), and just more. so disappointed and have cried over my haircut. just go to the J1 next door.
The quoted price was vastly different from the actual bill; it's practically a scam.
I recently got my hair permed and dyed here. I went this Friday and showed him an inspo picture, my hair turned out nothing like the picture: he cut my hair more than I asked him to, the curls were too tight, and the color was wrong. I ended up leaving the salon looking 30 years older (like I was 60) and regret coming here to get it done. I desired a wavier type curl and he gave me a really curly one. The color I was supposed to dye my hair was more of a dark red/purple yet it came up brighter red.
