My son and his girlfriend recently moved in to a unit at Hanover Rd and I inquired about the "referral bonus" and spoke with kaniesha in the front office, two days later she told me she had got it approved. I pray and hope someone reads this before moving to this apartment. I'll only be speaking for 4 hanover because I'm not sure if 2 hanover has the same issue. I moved to 4 hanover 2 years ago and there is nothing good about their apartments. My main issue were ROACHES! I HAD TO LIVE IN THIS ROACH INFECTED, SMALL WALLED( YOU COULD HEAR EVERYTHING OUTSIDE THE APARTMENT), PEOPLE TAKING UR PARKING SPOT IF U PARK UPSTAIRS, SMOKER VILLAGE APARTMENT. I don't live here anymore thankfully. Please. Don't move here.
We were looking for 2 bedroom condominium and Kesha tutu helped us finding the right condominium. She was very friendly and always available for any assistance.
I toured with kesha and it was excellent service, I am looking forward to be apart of the Community to continue to work with kesha .
I am a resident and for the last two month have been trying to get a parking spot change. Admin is very slow in responding and the parking situation is disorganized. HUGE detachment between Office management and onsite. I have to say at this point please hire more staff to process the residents care. Getting a hold of someone who can help you is like getting a hold of PM Justin Trudeau. What's going on? Please do better.
