We recently moved to the Hanover rental buildings managed by InterRent and we couldn't be happier. The newly renovated units are beautiful, clean and very spacious compared to newly built condos. I am a resident at 4 Hanover Rd. Since InterRent has taken over the building it has been upgraded. We have a beautiful lobby and suites. The pest problem seems to be more under control and building is kept clean. Also when called maintenance is pretty quick to respond and fix. The only thing I would have to say that NEEDS to be improved is anything to do with admin. It takes a lot of time to get a response.
