From the showing to the moving in process Basil went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortably in. However, they were not upfront about the arrangements of the building and their clear roach problem. The first day I came in and there was a roach that fell out of the washing machine. I have not been able to move in yet and they sprayed the space and I am still finding dead or dying roaches. I am very displeased as I have not been able to get in touch with the property manager. I would take heed and not move here.
