At first, they kept me updated—but that was the only positive thing. The worst company ever! They don’t even know how to work officially! I ordered a container shipment from China to Montreal. Throughout the journey, they kept sending me updates about when the container would arrive. Finally, the day came when the cargo was supposed to arrive. Pre-arrival notice came after the shipment arrived. The agent said he had tried to email several times but the emails kept bouncing back. He didn't bother to try phoning. After that things were absurdly slow. The prices for their services are the highest I have ever paid, so there you have it, agents that mindlessly keep using an email they entered incorrectly, don't know how to pick up a phone and are priced at the top of the industry.
