A couple of weeks ago I took the A320 upgrade course with them and honestly it was a very pleasant surprise. The instructors were always focused on making sure that you truly learn and that no questions remain unanswered, both in ground and sim. Shallimar has been really helpful and encouraging in guiding you through the steps and processes. She continues to support through text and on calls ( in case of emergency ) and is available at the drop of a hat which made my experience with 1stepprep easy and hassle free.
