We have been going to 1st Wok for 20 years. Great food and great service!! The chicken fried rice is the best.

This is the place we go. The food is great. The prices are good. It's a fun, family run place. It isn't crowded and they don't rush you out.

Wonderful food, fast service! – The Green Bean Special is outstanding. First Wok has been around for a long time and is a favorite of my family. We pass a number of establishments on the way to pick up take out or dine in at First Wok. The steamed dumplings are also wonderful. So far, I have never been disapointed in any of the dishes I have ordered. They do servce beer and wine on site as well for those interested. I only wish they had their menu on line for call in orders.

Very fast service – Want Chinese food in a hurry? The 1st Wok has very quick service, your meal will be ready in just a few minutes after you place your order. They have a lot of Lunch Specials shown on the place mats. Want something different or special? They will modify whatever you like to suit your tastes. Want it hotter, just ask! I visit them mainly for lunch, a good tasty quick lunch, very reasonably prices. Or try Take Out and bring home a meal for your family.

First Wok won't let you down! – First Wok has been a family favorite for years. We celebrate birthdays, anniversarys, and any other occasion we can find. The food is the best chinese in the twin cities!

Unorthodox preparations. – I checked this place out after reading the very positive reviews only to be disappointed. I ordered Kung Pao chicken and my Girlfriend ordered another chicken dinner. Both used battered and fried chicken. I suspect all of their chicken dinners come this way as we ordered dinners that normally don't, but did nonetheless. Wonderful Takeout!! – Not just that, but if you eat in, look forward to prompt service and big portions! Highlights-Cream Cheese Puffs, Kung-Pao Chicken, great egg rolls, chicken chow mein, and garlic chicken. Lots of choices. You can usually get takeout until 11pm on Weekends. Cashier is usually very talkative while you wait for your take-out food. There are lots of drawings by children to look at also. The staff is very attentive and courteous!

Great food, Great service – The food at 1st Wok is very good. However, those looking for authentic asian cuisine will likely be disapointed. That said, if you are looking for "americanized" asian food, 1st Wok can't be beat. The portions are very large and the service is great - very friendly and always happy to see you. Particularly impressive are the family dinners that include appetizers and soup - alway provides enough leftovers for 1 or 2 more meals.

Flavorful Feast – This is by far the most delicious food I have tasted. The Chicken and Vegetables are packed with flavor and juicy sauce. The portions are huge and I always have leftovers. The location is great because it is right off the 494. Every time we go there the place is packed, but we never have to wait. We see the same people everytime we go there, because it is a family operation. The service is wonderful. The prices are so reasonable, cheap! for what you get. You get a whole lot of food.
