Very unprofessional just a waste of time
Got a client come to 1st Trinity
I’m extremely disappointed and disturbed by the unprofessional and discriminatory behavior of this company. My sister, a qualified and compassionate caregiver, was told by someone at this agency that the client “doesn’t like Black or plus-sized people.” This type of language is not only offensive and unacceptable, it’s illegal and unethical. My aid did not show up I know she told me she was coming on Wednesday, but I never saw her. Maybe she’ll come tomorrow but I really need to know when she’s coming what time she’s coming thank you.
