Even if I don't always like what I'm told , they are caring, flexible, and are some of the most wonderful human beings you will meet. They are skilled professionals, and experts at the support they can provide.
do not waste ur time coming to this place for any services. they are more concerned about being politically correct. they Tell u they want to help but if ur honest with anything about how ur feeling or how u feel about ur situation they will write a report with twisting your words around and kick you from groups. Such a waste of time i honestly feel like its a insurance scam their counselors are not concerned about your clients at all go else where for any services to prevent you from picking up any violations
I used to like this place because I would go see Dr. Abby Wenzel (best psychiatrist ever!!). I just had an appointment with her and was informed she was let go because of her SASS! Dr. Wenzel is a free-spirited, loving person who has helped me through so much. Absolutely appalled by First Street Center and will NOT be continuing my relationship with them.
I am utterly appalled by the service I received from First Street Center. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Firstly, I was not informed that my appointment was a telehealth visit until I arrived at the clinic. This lack of communication is unacceptable. Additionally, I received calls at 5 AM on the mornings before my meetings, waking me up and demanding paperwork that was never requested during check-in.
