Anyone who thinks the owner is egotistical is just not ready to receive the help he is trying to give; please don't let that deter you from going to 1st Step bh. Gus runs an intense program because he and his staff honestly want to see people succeed. Intense if they need to be, they use the treatment methods most helpful to Each Individual.
