I rented from southwest realty for 4 years at a home in Glendale, every year I asked Karen if they could come in and take a look at the house to repair or fix up due to wear and tear. I asked if they could paint the house (inside and out, at different times). She always said she would get to it but never did. We asked permission to replace the master bedroom carpet because there were iron burnt marks on it. She said ok then later came back and said she never gave permission! Needless to say, when we did move out they tried to make up rebuild the house! She was not a competent property manager, and Tiffany, her daughter (I should have know!) came out of no where just as rude and unprofessional as her mother, she was such a mean witch! I even told her who do you think you're talking to? I know I'm older than you, you should have more respect! So when moving out the owners of the home came after me to redo their home, I really believe it the property management co was a professional and competent one, the house would not have needed as much of a makeover as it did. They never fixed the hole on the side of the house into the garage when I moved in, they put that on me when I moved out. They said the cabinets doors were hanging, not true. They said the water heater was destroyed, not true! we never had any problems with it, it looked fine. Granted there were some things I was responsible for, like the blinds and some wood at the corner near the arcadia doors that my puppy at he time chewed. No problem, I didn't mind taking care of those things, but they were ridicules, and I know they were not honest with the homeowner. So, bottom line, theses people are not trustworthy, after 4 years! come on! I learned my lesson, I just left another rental home and made sure I had all the pictures of when I moved in and a copy of the move in comments. They were awesome, didn't need any of it because they had kept all of the copies, not Karen, she said she never had them, liar! I got all of my refundable deposit from this other property management co (Invitation Homes, great people to work with!) This so called 1st SW Realty co needs people who know what they are doing, especially since Karen was denied a variance/use permit from the city of phoenix to conduct business at her home, she still is! Do not trust them.

1st southwest realty was the most unprofessional and dishonest outfit I have every experience. The took my deposit after I left this property in. The better condition than I found, I a a disable grandmother raising my grandchildren and they took bread off my table- then they lied and lied do not buy or rent fromthem
