When I was selling my rental property in Chandler I asked Pat to help me. I had a limited budget. Pat shopped around to save money while adding as many upgrades as possible. I really appreciate all the work Pat did to help me get this house sold.

If you are looking for an experienced real estate broker talk to Pat at 1st Southwest Realty. She found us the house we didn't know we were looking for! A spacious home on a cul de sac with a green park next door. In addition, Pat helped us throughout the process (we are first time home buyer in the US), explaining processes clearly, linking us with architects, contractors, etc. She has a lot of knowledge and was able to answer our real estate questions. Our family is very happy with our new home, and with Pat!

We really appreciated all the help Pat provided with both finding our Scottsdale home and managing the updates. Since we were out of state it was difficult to manage the contractors. The great thing about Pat is if we called with a problem she asked pertinent questions and then said "I'm on it." We knew Pat would solve the problem. As she says "I'll figure it out because I always do." Great job!

When we decided to buy our first home we were referred to Pat by one of our colleagues at Arizona State University. We had a very narrow search area because we wanted to have an easy bike ride to ASU. Pat did a great job of listening to our needs and trying to find us the perfect house. She researched the old building permits so we knew the additions were permitted. We would highly recommend Pat if you are looking for a home.

When my husband and I were ready to start a family we need to sell our town home and buy a bigger home with at least four bedrooms. We were referred to Pat from 1st Southwest Realty. Pat helped us get the town home ready so it would sell as fast as possible for the highest price. Then we started looking for a new home. There was nothing in our price range that did not need a lot of work, had an odd floorplan or other objections we could not change. We quickly got discouraged but Pat did not give up. She spotted a for sale by owner sign on the side of the road. Though Pat had bad experiences with for sale by owners she decided to call the sellers and see if they would cooperate with a realtor. They agreed. We looked at the home and it was the perfect one for us. It needed no work, was around the corner from a great elementary school and close to our jobs. We were so happy Pat was able to find this home. We were impressed with Pat’s determination to find us the perfect home!

Karen, Tiffany, and Pat are some of the most unprofessional, rude agents I've unfortunately had to deal with. When we 1st moved in, it took over 3 months to get a toilet replaced because it wasn't working and we had to fight to get it done. It was like pulling teeth to get anything taken care of and I always had to follow up because they would go weeks and essentially tried to avoid the issue. Also, you can only pay for rent using a money order/cashier check, which is such a pain and so old school. When doing the exit walk-through, Tiffany arrived late and took messy notes that we then had to sign at the end like it was something official. It was so unprofessional and it looked like she has a stack of papers threw them down the stairs, poured food on them and they quickly piled them and clipped them together. Also, checked in when them after moving out to see if we had any mail and I received a rude email back saying they wouldn't even check. Avoid at all cost, they are seriously the worst.
