Karen, Tiffany, and Pat are some of the most unprofessional, rude agents I've unfortunately had to deal with. When we 1st moved in, it took over 3 months to get a toilet replaced because it wasn't working and we had to fight to get it done. It was like pulling teeth to get anything taken care of and I always had to follow up because they would go weeks and essentially tried to avoid the issue.
