Over the past several years Pat has done an outstanding job with all our real estate needs. She assisted with both purchasing and selling my properties. Karen, Tiffany, and Pat are some of the most unprofessional, rude agents I've unfortunately had to deal with. When we 1st moved in, it took over 3 months to get a toilet replaced because it wasn't working and we had to fight to get it done. It was like pulling teeth to get anything taken care of and I always had to follow up because they would go weeks and essentially tried to avoid the issue.
