I brought my high temp sensor into the store to get replaced the salesman could have just sold it to me. He asked the question what is your unit doing. I told him, he tested my sensor and said for me to try cleaning my flame sensor. I cleaned the flame sensor and my central heat unit works fine. He could have sold me something I didn't need, he didn't and told me how to fix my problem at no cost. I think this a business which cares about its customers. Thank you.
