Very unprofessional, Bought a central air motor and run capacitor for out side 05/29/14 and purchased lifetime warranty for both parts. Went in store wed 6/20/18 to get parts replaced and was told their computer was down and did not know when it would be back up. Well this is Sat 6/23/18 and system they said is still down, but they could sell me another motor for over a 100.00 more than I gave for first one. Called another store in Louisiana who was very professional and said system is back up and gave me a customer service ... read more
