I would not recommend this company to my worse enemy. They are unprofessional, unorganized and incompetent. They do not understand the word “communication”. Craig talks and acts like he knows the business but in all reality he’s very much incompetent. He shouldn’t be in this business. Brad the owner is a piece of work. We needed our home fixed from the March 2025 storms that came through our area. We thought we found a great, local company. But we were wrong. First off Craig told us all these lies about how much our insurance would fix. We’re first time homeowners and we don’t know about insurance claims. We got hit w/hail during the March 12th tornado. Even though I couldn’t see any damage, Brad Miller came out a few days later & helped us work w/State Farm to get a new roof installed. Brad made the process easy - he even recommended installing ridge vents - which really cool our house down during the heat waves. Can’t say enough good things about 1st Source & Brad Miller. Our new roof looks great & the entire project only took 1 day.
Been since October and still haven’t got to my house . Very disappointed. Not happy
Can't say enough good things about working with 1st Source! We had hail damage from March 2024 and needed a new roof. Brad connected us with Craig, who managed our project from start to finish. Craig is creative, thoughtful, and an excellent communicator. 1st Source handled every detail including the insurance claim paperwork.
