The personal bankers were extremely helpful to me during a time when I had huge problems with another bank and they filed disputes for me as I had done as well and we got the results we were looking for after almost a year of talking to them on the phone for hours and now I am happy to say that it has been resolved and I received about 6500 dollars back in lost payments to them. Thank you for all your help.
