Easily the worst Realty business in Oneida county. Fred is a prime example of a Grade A sleazeball. Avoid at all costs.
They move quickly to get your property sold. Are flexible, friendly, Professional and thorough. House was on the market about a week, multiple offers received.
Fred, Is a true Professional!!! you will not find a better real estate agent in Up State New York! he is a straight shooter!! really good guy to work with and knows the market in Rome and surrounding Areas
Stay as far away as you can. Strung us along on a possible lease for three months. Was told we were the only lease applicants and was just waiting to get the OK from homeowner. Had the family all excited and ready to move from an apartment to a house and Fred pulled the rug right out from under us.
