This is the third time we've had Marc do repairs on our shingles and each time he's done an excellent job, timely, thorough, honest, and for a very reasonable price! The other roofers out there have charged three times as much for shingle repairs and loosen other shingles only to be called back to fix what they broke. Marc is the best!
I connected with Marc to address a problem leak that others had not been able to fix. He came out the same day, quickly diagnosed the issue and completely took care of the problem. It's clear that Marc is highly experienced and competent, but just as importantly, fair and honest. I highly recommend him.

1st Response did a great job on our home! Mark has a strong attention to detail and views the roof as a system that works as a part of the whole. He was willing to open the can of worms into some ancient water damage and ensure a long lasting repair. I feel other companies would have taken short cuts or ignored the problem all together and covered it up as they did in the past. I have been around the block a few times. This is one of the companies that cares about your home's longevity.
Marc is incredible!! He helped us out with a roof leak that we were concerned was already a big internal home issue. He spent as much time as needed diagnosing the problem, educated us about what was actually happening (spoiler, not what the internet told us) and literally fixed our issue completely the exact same day.
