1st response recently replaced my very old roof with class 4 shingles and venting throughout the roof. My skylight was replaced and attention was given to my gutters so now they are working as they should! The job site was left in excellent shape. I will only use 1st Response in the future and will confidently refer Marc, the owner!
I reached out about doing work. And he messaged him with racial words and super disrespectful. I would not do business with him.
Marc helped me evaluate a roof situation so I could better understand it. He was thoughtful and professional. Will definitely reach out to Marc again for future roofing needs.
I have worked with Marc twice now for roof upgrades and repairs. The first was to install vents needed for proper venting needed with a WHF install. He did the work to figure out the best vents based on my roof type, and the proper number and location of each for airflow. He gave me great advice on monitoring with Govees, and followed up to make sure we were seeing improvement with heat dissipation.
