I have been very happy with the service I have gotten from 1st Response. When I call to make an appointment or to ask a question, the phone is almost always answered promptly and even if it is not, someone will call back almost immediately. I recently had routine service performed on my system. Tyler and Joshua were the techs who came to do this. They did a great job. They were friendly, polite and professional. I have been using this company for 8 years. I pay an extremely low yearly maintenance. They come out twice year check heater and make sure there are no problems than do the same for a/c for spring. They will be honest with you about what your equipment needs or just let you know everything is fine. I had. Motor go out called them they responded immediately and assessed the problem and told me just to replace motor. Other companies might have tried to sell me a new unit.
