From an owner: We are currently trying to put our home back together. The tenant First Rate Rentals manager, Dianna, put in our house, destroyed our house. I will describe our nightmare as soon as I can. Until then, please be aware that this company does not fulfill their obligation as a property manager and does not advocate for the owner who is paying them and in the end you will be in complete dispair after your home has been ruined by a tenant that should not have been put there in the first place.
