They were notified by my home warranty to respond within 24 hrs to repair a broken spring on my garage door. Not only did they not respond to that order, but also didn't respond to numerous messages that I left when my phone calls to them went directly to voice mail. Doesn't seem like a very good way to run a business to me.
He was very kind. Knew what he was doing and was reasonably priced. He explained what he found was wrong and what he needed to do to fix it. He also pointed out other areas of concern, that would need replacing soon. He was recommended by a trusted friend.
Chris was great! He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He replaced the springs on my garage door and repaired a worn out bracket that was jamming up my door (at no charge)! He was honest and more than fair with his pricing and I would recommend him to anyone! Thanks Chris
