We use First Provider’s Choice as our EMR and have had a great experience. Their customer service and support truly stand out, responsive, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping their clients succeed. Any time we’ve needed assistance, the support team has been knowledgeable, patient, and quick to resolve issues. It’s clear they care about their users and understand the realities of day-to-day operations in a medical setting. 10/10 would recommend.

We have been customers of 1st Providers Choice for several years now, and the customer service is outstanding. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and very prompt. They understand that if an issue arises, it is critical to the client as it affects the flow of patient care and office communication, so the attention and time they provide is always a priority to the customer. I’ve worked with 1st Provider for over a year now. From implementation to Customer Support, the Team has been exceptional. The software is user friendly. The trainers and techs go above and beyond. I can’t say enough about how satisfied I am with choosing this software for my health care programs.
