Our office has been with 1st Provider's Choice for 10 years now. They have the best support team I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They get back to me in a timely manner and if they don't know - they find out. Important these days. I’ve worked with 1st Provider for over a year now. From implementation to Customer Support, the Team has been exceptional. The software is user friendly. The trainers and techs go above and beyond. I can’t say enough about how satisfied I am with choosing this software for my health care programs.

I used IMS for 9 years and found that an agency can completely manipulate the program and transform IMS to be exactly what you need for your business. If there is a problem or if teaching is needed to learn how to do this the team at 1st Providers Choice is always ready to help. The team at 1st Providers Choice is there to help and they just don't sign you up and abandon an organization, they are there even in year 9. I cannot say enough about IMS or 1st Providers Choice. They are by far the "cream of the crop."
