I had a serious plumbing issue where everything backed up and the toilet flooded all through the home with no working toilet a tub backed up with human excrement and they didn’t even tell the plumber it was an emergency. It’s the next day and the plumber is just being dispatched. I have an eight year old daughter and if she has any negative results from the raw sewage in our home I will hold these people accountable to the full extent of the law .
Worked with Duc Lu. Got an offer within a week and closed within a month. The professionalism, transparency and sense of urgency while keeping my needs in mind was exceptional.
If I could give no stars I would the whole company is disgusting money hungry liars. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!
Just wanted wanted to thank 1st priority for their fast service. Our air conditioning went out on a friday night after 9pm. We sent in a repair request, and was contacted by an hvac company on saturday, and had the air conditioning repaired on sunday morning. Great service, very much appreciated.
