Always finds a way to save the day! My income could not be verified the normal way and they found a way to get what they needed and we closed on time!
Absolutely the “Worst in Buffalo” according to an attorney I consulted about them. Wish I would have known that before I literally moved into the place I was buying in good faith. They jerked me around and literally did nothing while i thought I was heading into closing in September. After 3 months into the process they say well you need to raise your monthly “income” when I was preapproved on my yearly income and fully disclosed that as a Special Ed Fee For Service teacher and my wages are low in September. Disgusted is an understatement. They have been playing games with us for months. My calls never get returned. I constantly have to call to verify that they received an item instead of them doing the right thing and letting me know. When I do get to speak to the person we are dealing with she us extremely rude. If I told you things that have been said to me you would think I was making it up. This company is one of the very worst experiences I've encountered in all my dealings with mortgage companies. *Their follow up is calling you back from different numbers so you don't orcan't recognize who's calling. (Easy to leave a voicemail and not talk about the situation) *Tempers flare when you ask them the status of your mortgage. (Why? If you are 1/2 of a couple buying a house using ****** *****beware. I thought that we (as in my husband AND I) were looking together to buy a house but the ****** ***** agent and the 1st Priority rep decided that I did not need to be included. Recently my daughter attempted to obtain a mortgage with 1st priority. She is 22 years old and was buying her first house. Prior to making offers she was preapproved by 1st priority for a much larger sum of money than she actually ended up needing to purchase her residence. The process of obtaining a mortgage with 1st priority was one of the WORST experiences ever!! It has been almost 50 days since signing our purchase contract. We have no clue how much longer we have left to go, as our mortgage processor rarely returns calls or emails unless contacted multiple times. Getting an update on our application is like pulling teeth. I can't help but feel like someone is dragging their feet and drawing this whole thing out for us.

Very unprofessional. Misrepresented themselves from 1st contact. Never was told they were part of Howard Hanna. When I mentioned another bank they told me my mortgage would still be waiting for approval and then hung up on me. Will not recommend.
