I am writing this review on behalf of myself and my kids. I initially came here to get some help for my kids because they were struggling with me divorcing their dad. At first I thought a once a week meeting with a counselor would help. My kids did not like it (not the therapist fault) and I was really struggling to figure out how to help them. I didn’t realize how bad this establishment was until I went elsewhere recently. A Family member went here for an intake appointment a couple months ago and there were so many red flags they didn’t even attend. There is no therapist on site. When we arrived after a 30 minute drive, we were handed a packet and stuck in a room. They had to call their boss to talk to them and answer questions because the staff on duty were uninformed — the kicker is that she lives in another state. One of the most professional facilities In Louisville. They definitely took care of my needs. I would definitely recommend.
Difficult to work with. Multiple people forgot about my appointments(which they openly admitted to), leaving me with no one to reach out to. Don't wast your time here. Filthy office that had food from other clients in the chair next to me, therapists who ghost then gaslight you. Racism aplenty. Now theyre sadly posting positive fake reviews below after calling them out. I'll post the texts from the therapist.
