As a first time jet ski owner, with a terrible experience with another jet ski mechanic, I cannot say enough great things about Liquid Industries and Justin. First, he promptly responded on a SATURDAY, and was there first thing the following day on a Sunday (and earlier than the promised arrival time). Second, he brought every tool he needed for thorough repairs and also had the scanner device to hook up to jet skis to diagnose the problems. Incredible service and quality of work. Very quick to respond, Justin did the service within two days of us first talking. Worked on both Seadoo’s (GTI and GTR). Finish same day and all at the convenience of the work being done in my driveway. Justin checked the skis thoroughly, fixed little things that aren’t part of the typical service. And he took the time to show me how to keep the skis in top condition and walked me through all the work he did.
