I wish all rental agencies could be more like 1st Point Realty of FL, our first agency retired and they took us over mid lease, we stayed an extra year with them, they are very responsive if something needs to be fixed, our AC needed work and someone was out the next day, our microwave stopped working and they installed a new one in a very timely manner, they are very easy to get a hold of and after our final walk through we went to the office and he gave us our deposit, same day (which is unheard of), Dimitry is the man and... read more
