The worst place I have ever worked
Had a very bad experience, the company did not even allow me to talk, and did not hear my concerns or problems. took help from others to resolve the issues. I have to find another plumber to fix the issue.
After calling and experiencing three disappointing plumbing companies I made one final call to 1st Plumbing Services (I should have taken the advice of their name and called them 1st!). Immediately I was impressed with the customer service over the phone, their prompt scheduling, and professionalism on site. Master Plumber, Jody Daniel, and his team at 1st Plumbing Service certainly lived up to their name. Great plumbing knowledge, did good work with it....bad at some of the smaller things (like leaving equipment on site for nearly a month, not returning the section they dug up of my yard to a suitable condition). I'd certainly use them again for any plumbing services, as good and knowledgeable plumbers are hard to find, but I might go elsewhere if you have a job requiring that they dig up your yard at all.
William from 1st Plumbing was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. He was patient in answering all my questions. I highly recommend 1st Plumbing Services.
