⭐☆☆☆☆ (If zero stars were an option, I’d choose that.) I drove my vehicle to this shop running perfectly fine for preventive maintenance only. What was supposed to be a 2 hour service turned into my car being left inoperable for nearly a month because they could not get it back started. I ultimately had to have my vehicle towed out, which should have never happened, especially when a car is brought in running with no issues. I have used 1st Place Auto for several years now and they are hands down the most honest and affordable people ever! I now live in South Georgia and I STILL use them for my mechanical needs.
The owners Tina & Wayne are hands down the best! They are always able to get me in when needed, they're fast, and the prices are very reasonable. I take all 4 of my cars there and will continue to be a repeat customer!
This is my second time getting my car serviced with 1st place auto repair. I had my car towed to their shop and was contacted promptly to ask what service I was looking for my car. Wayne explained what was wrong and the cost for repair and labor included. Prices are reasonable compared to other places and I am happy customer who would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a mechanic in the area.
