I lost my job and apartment and when my car got repossessed I was told I had a month to get my things out of it. I took the 2hour trip to retrieve my things and when I got there I found that it had all been stolen. They were extremely rude to me and blamed the sheriff's department and blamed me saying "well it's not our fault you didn't pay." Landon was my sales person and he was absolutely awesome and amazing. The process was quick and easy. Their selection of cars was amazing as well. I got a Hummer that im in love with. I would most definitely recommend 1st place auto to anyone lookin for a vehicle.
As I read other reviews on different sites it appears this is very common for this place to do people very wrong. AutoNote, LLC is the financing bank with this location and is partnered. BEWARE! just had the same exact experience and apparently the car I purchased had bad pistons. Brought it back next morning and was given 3 loaners and each had something wrong with them. I'm on my second vehicle with 1st Place Auto. Ace has treated me and my family with kindness and respect. I cannot say enough about Allen Flowers and the extra measures he took to personally see to it I was rolling in my next vehicle. I am a faithful customer for life!
