The technicians are terrific; they are friendly and explain everything thoroughly. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. I had my second time for clothing moths three days ago. Things were great until just now when a moth flew in front of me, I couldn't zap it in time. I am concerned about that one. Is it true, if you see one, there's 10 you can't see.? But I trust this company and its people, especially John who was very friendly. Thanks, 1st Pest Control. Richard
