Very disappointed in the level of professionalism. They took 5 days to turn around a simple adjustment to an appraisal (when they state they will do it in 24 hours). When my broker contacted them they said they would do it immediately. This was the only piece needed to close on my home, and they took another day and a half to get it to me so I am not delayed on closing, which has delayed my contractor from starting renovations and has cost me money.
