I brought my husband along for his first mani/pedi that was desperately needed. Our service was great and we enjoyed the experience. The techs were friendly and funny and put him at ease. There was one unusual thing, but it was NO FAULT of anyone at the salon. There was just a woman who spoke very loudly, loud enough to hear anywhere in the salon, and she spoke in great detail of how she butchers and processes the animals she has on her property. I always enjoy the deluxe pedicure here but I'm considering trying the jelly!
I’ve been coming to this salon for ~10 years and never had a bad experience. The ladies are always very friendly and helpful, my nails always look amazing and the pedicures are outstanding. I’ve used every nail tech that works here and love them all! You can book appointments online which is helpful and they have great availability for my schedule. I highly recommend this salon to anyone who asks about a great mani/pedi!
I've had my nails done twice here. Both times, my nails looked great. The people are so friendly. It is a lovely nail salon. Very clean and well maintained. Nicely decorated. The vibe is relaxing. Even though I was there near closing time, Brenda did not rush. The lady who did my pedicure was especially patient and took extra care. I have been very pleased and can highly recommend.
I’m not hard to please, but this experience was horrible. I’ve never left a bad review before—and I’ve worked in hospitality for 15 years, so I understand how service works—but I waited 45 minutes past my appointment on Saturday, Feb 21, with no one acknowledging me besides the young and timid “host” who checked me in and then disappeared. The staff seemed to turn a blind eye of what was going on, and I had to sit and look at the clutter and filth behind their so-called bar.
