I love this place. I see Karen for pedicures , waxing and gel nails. My mom and sister see Joy for pedicures and SNS. At this point , getting my nails done anywhere else feels like a waste of time and money. The massage chairs are great. The owner, Helen, keeps in touch with me to make sure I don't miss an appointment. I've never had my nails done by Yolanda, but I've booked her for massages. It’s written on the outside of the building that appointments and walk-ins are welcomed, but it’s now 2:58 in the afternoon, on a Thursday, and the door is locked. A woman comes to the door with an unwelcoming look on her face and says they are going by appointments only turning me around, even though there is only one car outside. This translates to me as: I can see you coming and discriminate, choosing who I allow in or not, thinking that I won’t receive backlash from it.
