I don’t know the best way for me to put this. My parents had stayed in an apartment in underwood. I have only been here for just about a year. We had a landlord that did not tell anybody he was leaving and when the new owners came in, they were like “what 600 dollar security deposit??” They seriously had no clue and I can’t blame them for that. Worse company ever the staff are rude as hell Danelle is by far the rudest needs help too Savannah has the biggest stick in her ass and never answered a single call when I called her. Biggest and worst company in Minot.

This company plays favoritism. Example: on the property on 701 19th ave se there is a car permanently parked in a handicap parking spot, the thing is IT HAS NOT BEEN REGISTERED IN 20 YEARS and1st minot Mngmt lets her permanently park in that handicap spot. This company plays favoritism and screw other handicap people.

First Minot management is very bad. I rented one bedroom from them the living was stink , I was told it was the sewage they will fix it, they never did it. Their maintenance is are bad also. They even stole $ 350 from my deposit for repair and carpet cleaning. Please do your self a favor do not rent from this people, they are hungry for money.
