Listing was good, slow on updates and had an issue with misplacing completed forms> Lot of last minute things. Would help if a list of all things needed to do up front was provided.

I had an excellent experience with 1st Louisiana realty and my flat fee listing. They were responsive and usually turned around documents for electronic signatures (like purchase agreement amendments) in well under 24 hours. With the flat fee arrangement, I expected and wanted to act very independently as a seller trying to avoid a full listing commission.
