This dentist has more bedside manner than any other I have encountered.
Dr. Barfield is no longer here. I have been a patient of this practice for over 20 years, and I’m incredibly disappointed with how this transition was handled. At no point before my appointment was I informed that Dr. Barfield was no longer with the practice. I only found out while I was already sitting in the chair for my cleaning when an unfamiliar dentist walked in. I didn’t like it. I drove 45 minutes to my son’s dental appointment only to find out Dr. Barfield retired no phone call or email. I met with Dr. Yates, who was very nice and kind. It’s hard trusting someone after 20-plus years it felt like a breakup. I love Dr. Barfield and his entire staff.
