Best staff ever. Always friendly and helpful. Dr. Barfield is always kind and helpful. Betty is my favorite dental hygienist. So sweet and helpful. Best Dental office. I have been a patient for 17 years. I always recommend to others.

My co worker recommended 1st in Smiles and have been going there since I moved to Texas 2 years ago . Love the atmosphere and service , they are opened early and on Saturdays which is so convenient. I have been seeing Dr. Barfield for over 20 years and although I moved to Robson Ranch just north of Texas Motor Speedway, I make the trip every 6 months. They have always been very friendly and do excellent work on my teeth and smile.
