Poor customer service. The gentleman my Son spoke to was rude and uninterested in a legitimate work order he had to present. Tell you one thing over the phone and another thing in person proves they are inconsistent and the attitude was poor all around. I would stay far away from this place if you want an exceptional customer experience, it is not found here!
Collins Commercial Services, has been using 1st Impressions for quite a while. As our business grows, we’re constantly adding vehicles to our commercial fleet. 1st Impressions has always been able to accommodate our orders, larger or small, and customize each jobs based on the type of vehicle. Since our drivers are always busy, 1st Impressions has always been flexible in being able to accommodate their schedules. They even ship to and install for out of state vehicles.
